ROLE:
This position provides administrative supports to the Human Resources team. Responsible for several Human Resources and General Affairs administration and also provides supports on employee events.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Provide supports on Human Resource and general affairs administrations including payment processes (stationeries request, name card, and other employee supporting tools).
Conduct annual and new vendor due diligence to ensure compliance and service quality and monitor vendor contract periods to ensure timely renewals and continuity of services.
Maintain and update personnel records, both hardcopies and also in the HR System, so that information is accurate and secure..
Liaise with company’s third parties or vendors, i.e. BPJS, GA suppliers, Health providers, Pension providers, and outsourcing companies to ensure the right administration and process.
Responsible to prepare and submit regular report to regulator (OJK, Depnaker and other applicable authorities)
Provide supports on formalities and other company’s legal documents.
Provide supports on employee events arrangements.
