[What the role is]
This is an 11-month contract position as a Senior Executive in the School of InfoComm Technology.[What you will be working on]
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Outreach & Lead Generation
Conduct targeted outreach to companies, public agencies, and individuals to promote CET programmes.
Support marketing and engagement activities (events, briefings, info sessions, industry touchpoints).
Maintain outreach pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
Lead Management & Conversion
Manage incoming leads across multiple channels (email, events, referrals, enquiries).
Qualify leads and guide them through the engagement and decision-making process.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to respond to client needs and close enrolments.
Track lead status, conversion rates, and follow-up actions.
Cross-Selling & Account Development
Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell relevant CET courses and programmes based on client needs.
Support relationship management with existing corporate clients to encourage repeat training engagements.
Work with programme teams to propose suitable learning pathways and bundled offerings.
Coordination & Reporting
Liaise with academic, administrative, and marketing teams to ensure smooth client experience.
Prepare basic reports on outreach activities, pipeline status, and conversion outcomes.
Support continuous improvement of outreach and engagement processes.
The role involves weekend and evening support, with estimated frequency of twice a month on average.

Experience in outreach, sales support, client management, training administration, or business development, in the area of lifelong learning, workforce development, or continuing education.
Strong follow-up discipline, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
Comfortable engaging external stakeholders and handling multiple leads concurrently.
Able to communicate clearly and professionally with corporate and public-sector clients, as well as individuals.
