Senior Executive

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage recruitment, learning and development and employee performance programs.

  • Manage full employee life cycle administration - sourcing, interviews, background checks, selection, on-boarding, new employee orientation, confirmations, employee performance management, talent development, promotions, employee separation, exit surveys & off-boarding.
  • Process work pass applications, renewals, cancellation etc.
  • Administer internal and external audits and ensure all documentation is kept updated at all times .
  • Facilitate employee engagement activities, grievance and counseling matters, benefits administration and support payroll processing.
  • Maintain HR system and ensure timely updates of employee records.
  • Lead & conduct annual refresher trainings of key Policies & SOPs
  • Support L&D activities including conducting training modules for employees
  • Supports HR administration; insurance claims, government paid leave claims, income tax submissions, CPF contributions, NSmen claims, etc.
  • Support in driving Global or Regional HR projects locally.

Skills & Experience

  • Have strong interpersonal skills to be able to work with different levels of employee groups;
  • Be proactive to resolve problems and willing to take ownership;
  • Independent and good team player;
  • Diploma or BSc in Human Resources Management;
  • 3 – 4 Years experience in a similar role and be well versed in Singapore Employment Laws and managing HR policies & procedures effectively;
  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality;
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems – Access E-Pay & Workday.
