About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support the founder of a fast-growing business. The business operates both in-person and virtually, with an expanding digital community hosted on Mighty Networks and a companion mindset journal app in development.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys managing communication, organization, and customer success processes that directly contribute to business growth.
The ideal candidate will be self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable using various tech tools to streamline operations and maintain excellent client and community relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Success & Community Engagement (40%)
- Manage client and community interactions via GoHighLevel (GHL) and Mighty Networks.
- Support members with inquiries, onboarding, and engagement activities.
- Monitor discussions, ensure a positive and helpful tone, and encourage participation.
Administrative Support (35%)
- Oversee inbox management, scheduling, travel arrangements, and order coordination.
- Maintain internal organization systems using Todoist, NordPass, and related tools.
- Assist with documentation, light bookkeeping, and vendor communication through
Brex,
Bill.com, and
Gusto.
Social Media Outreach & Lead Generation (25%)
- Conduct outreach through Facebook groups and Instagram to identify and engage potential leads.
- Utilize Metricool and ManyChat to support engagement and campaign tracking.
- Coordinate content scheduling and light community growth activities.

Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- 2–4 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Success Representative, or Community Manager
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setup
- Experience using GoHighLevel or similar CRM tools
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
- Background in customer service, community engagement, or social media management
- Familiarity with digital coaching, fitness, or education industries
- Experience supporting
U.S.-based entrepreneurs or founders
