Senior Executive / Assistant Manager

1. Study customer enquiries, pump and accessories selection, raise offer permit if required, price building, compile/prepare competitive technical and commercial proposal and send to ZO/ BOI KSB group company overseas office within agreed time frame.

2. Seek quotations for bought out accessories and review them to ensure enquired requirements are met and deviations/comments are documented.

3. Seek the clearance/ approval on prices and commercial terms, as per documented guidelines/ Authority matrix.

4. Monitor and follow-up of quotations with sales offices/ dealers/ overseas KSB offices/ direct customers/ consultants to understand the status, resolve technical matters, take corrective actions where required and update project list.

5. Check customer purchase order, prepare indent, purchase notes and checklists, conduct internal kick-off meeting, book and release order in SAP, resolve outstanding issues raised during the order execution, release contractor orders.

6. Answering technical and commercial queries of customers through ZO/BO engineers or direct, as applicable. Visiting dealers/ customers along with sales office representatives to understand customer requirements, provide solutions and rapport building.

7. Monitoring dealer order booking with respect to agreed MOU and dealer targets, suggest changes for improvement in dealer policy/contractor policy, product basket, etc.

8. Participate in trade fairs, dealer and customer events whenever required.
