This position provides high‑level administrative, operational, and strategic support to senior leadership, ensuring the executive’s time, priorities, and communications are managed with precision.

This role acts as a trusted partner—anticipating needs, solving problems before they surface, and enabling the executive to focus on organizational priorities.

You will oversee complex scheduling, prepare executive‑level communications, coordinates cross‑functional initiatives, and represent the executive’s office with professionalism and discretion.

Job Description:

Executive Support & Calendar Management — Manage complex, dynamic calendars; prioritize meetings; coordinate travel; and ensure the executive is fully prepared for all engagements.

Communication & Correspondence — Draft, edit, and manage high‑level communications, presentations, and reports; serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Operational Coordination — Support strategic initiatives, track deliverables, and ensure follow‑through on action items across departments.
 Meeting & Event Management — Plan and execute executive meetings, board sessions, offsites, and leadership events, including agendas, materials, and logistics.
Information & Workflow Management — Maintain confidential records, manage sensitive information, and streamline administrative processes for efficiency.
Relationship Management — Build strong relationships across the organization; act as a point of contact for senior leaders, clients, and partners.
Problem Solving & Anticipation — Identify issues before they arise, remove barriers, and proactively support the executive’s priorities.
Project Support — Assist with research, data gathering, and project coordination for strategic initiatives and special assignments.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience supporting C‑suite or senior executives.

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.

  • Advanced proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, project management platforms).

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

  • Professional presence and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
