About the Role
Nanyang Business School invites applications for a Senior Executive, Administrative Support & Academic Coordination.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior academic leaders and contribute to the operational excellence of undergraduate education and academic marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth academic delivery, structured coordination across units, and continuous improvement of administrative processes.
This is a dynamic role suited for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced academic environment and engaging multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and consolidate various data to support Undergraduate Programmes decision-making
Provide structured administrative support to Associate Deans, including preparation of reports, dashboards, presentations, and briefing materials
Provide structured admin support to undergraduate Associate Deans and Admin Corporate Services, including team building support
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives related to undergraduate education and academic marketing activities
Track project milestones and ensure timely follow through of agreed action items
Liaise with faculty members and corporate service units to ensure seamless execution of initiatives
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
Maintain governance compliance and proper documentation standards
Requirements:
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university
At least 4 years of relevant experience in administration, academic operations or project coordination
Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Good to Have
Experience in higher education or academic institutions
Experience in data reporting or dashboard preparation
Exposure to supporting senior management
