[What the role is]
This is a 2-year contract position as a Senior Executive, Admin in the Student Alumni & Services Office.[What you will be working on]
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Frontline Enquiries & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the main contact for financial assistance, scholarships, awards, and tuition grant enquiries via calls, emails, etc.
Respond to queries from students, parents, and external organisations and provide clear guidance on eligibility, processes and documentation.
Financial Assistance & Bursary Administration
Process bursary applications and disburse all financial assistance awards, including bursaries, Student Aid Grants, and other donated awards.
Scholarships & Awards Administration
Manage operations for internal and external scholarships, including coordination of nominations, liaison with external organisations and follow-up with students for required documents.
Disburse all scholarship awards.
Assist with the organisation of the Scholarship Awards Ceremony.
Tuition Grant Administration
Manage the administration of tuition grant.
Track application and signing progress for eligible students and follow up to ensure timely completion.
Operational Support
Provide operational support to the department's frontline services as needed to ensure service continuity.

Experience in education administration, financial assistance, or scholarships will be an added advantage
