[What the role is]
You will be required to perform general administrative, operational and logistical tasks for the School of Information Technology, based in Nanyang Polytechnic.
[What you will be working on]
- Provide general administrative support for the School of IT.
- Facilitate training nominations and course registrations.
- Coordinate and arrange refreshments for courses and events for School of IT.
- Perform GeBIZ e-Catalogue buy purchases.
- Perform Goods Receipting for purchases in Workday and process payment documents.
- Assist with student withdrawals and absence matters.
- Administer Financial Assistance Schemes for overseas study trips.
- Deliver frontline customer service and handle enquiries.
- Coordinate disposal collections for recycling.
- Support logistics for School events and various activities.
- Provide a wide range of general administrative support for the department.
- Carry out any other ad‑hoc duties or tasks assigned.
[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary education with at least 3 years of working experience.
- Candidate should have a positive work attitude and able to work well in a team.
- Able to multi-task and with good organisation skills.
