Senior Enterprise Operations Engineer - Technical Productions Lead
Overview
The Mastercard Technical Production Services team is looking for a Technical Productions Lead. The Technical Production Lead is responsible for technical and operational aspects of Mastercard’s Hybrid Events & Meetings. Leveraging their extensive technical knowledge, innovative technologies, and a variety of platforms. They will work with stakeholders to design, produce, and execute events that are aligned with the company’s strategic goals and objectives. With the current rise in hybrid events and meetings you will be a key contributor to a dynamic Employee Digital Experience team focused on enabling, engaging, and empowering our colleagues globally.
Role
• Collaborate and advise internal and external partners to provide technical oversite of all stages of event planning and execution.
• Provide specialized, in-depth knowledge on the technical aspects of event production, including AV equipment, streaming encoders, web-conferencing platforms, and video content creation.
• Serve as technical team lead during preparation and implementation of an event.
• Provide consultation and advice to enable the best possible experiences.
• Help to maximize project budgets by actively seeking out value, alternatives, and/or efficiencies without sacrificing quality.
• Assist with event documentation including equipment lists, signal flows, strategic workflows, CADs diagrams, and production timelines.
• Define rehearsal schedules, create technical run-of-show, and physical execution of AV system(s) during events.
• Analyze event data, feedback, and surveys to produce reports that identify an event’s technology performance.
• Highlight individual successes, priorities for improvement, and after-action items that enhance future experiences.
• Execute and run production equipment at times, to contribute to the events tech needs.
• Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of Mastercard’s production technology and identify additional strategic opportunities.
All About You
• Bachelor's degrees, specialized technology certifications, or equivalent hands-on industry experience recommended.
• Experience in event production and/or project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of the enterprise.
• Fluent in Zoom, MS Teams, MS Visio, Newtek NDI, Vimeo, Barco Event Master, VMIX, Tri Caster, Adobe Premier, CAD, Vimeo.
• Proficient in IP networking, including routing and streaming protocols (SIP, H.323, H.264).
• Proficient with editing software such as Adobe Premier, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytically minded, self-motivated individual with strong business acumen.
• Willing to travel 40% of the time to other offices (including our NYC Tech Hub).

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
