The Sr. Engineering Manager - Platform will support and impact the developer platform/enablement areas at Field Nation. These areas deliver key improvements around our cloud environments/infrastructure as well as self-enabling the building, testing, deploying and operating software applications across all engineering teams. This position plays an important function by providing mentorship, career development, and technical leadership in collaboration with the Director of Platform Engineering. With a combined focus on people, technology, and operational excellence - this person will lead/empower our Bangladesh enablement and platform teams to deliver quality outcomes.
