We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Campaign Operations Manager. The role involves managing campaign setup, tracking, and performance monitoring across web and app platforms while ensuring accurate data and smooth campaign execution.
What You'll Do
Manage end-to-end campaign setup across multiple digital platforms (Web & App)
Handle campaign tracking and monitoring to ensure accurate performance measurement.
Create, implement, and manage tracking pixels across different marketing platforms.
Ensure proper campaign tracking integration for web and mobile applications.
Work with CRM platforms such as HubSpot for campaign management, lead tracking, and reporting.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and optimization.
Who You Are
2-4 years of proven experience in operations within the digital marketing industry (Affiliate Marketing, Media Marketing, Performance Marketing)
Education: Bachelor’s /Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including affiliate marketing, Agency Handling, Media marketing, social media advertising, email marketing, and analytics
Strong go-getter attitude with the ability to take initiative
Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of web business and performance marketing ecosystem.
Basic knowledge of campaign tracking, attribution, and analytics tools.
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or similar platforms.
