What will you do?
As a Senior Roads Drafter, you will bring to life the detailed design outputs that form the foundation of Aurecon’s award-winning transport projects. You’ll support engineers and designers in preparing accurate plans, sections, and construction documentation for road and civil infrastructure projects.
You’ll be part of a collaborative and multidisciplinary team working on some of Australia’s most significant transport infrastructure projects, reimagining how roads can shape a more sustainable and connected world. The scope of work and role will be as follows:
Prepare and update technical drawings and documentation in accordance with project standards.
Support the design team by managing drawing revisions, document control and ensuring quality control.
Produce 2D and 3D documentation using AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
Assist with the digital setup of projects and contribute to efficient documentation workflows.
Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure accuracy and integration of design information.

At least 7 years relevant experience
Competent in AutoCAD 2D generally
Demonstrated experience in Road Project design drawing production
Demonstrated experience working with a multi-disciplinary team delivering high quality drawings
Demonstrated Australian project experience will be viewed favorably
