职位目标

        负责管理辖区所有零售药房渠道(直接覆盖+间接覆盖)的所有营养健康、非处方药以及口腔产品,在公司政策和要求下带领团队完成公司产品在重点零售连锁客户的销售目标,提升市场占有率,提高对本区域重点零售终端市场的掌控能力。

         同时在大型连锁药店,以及广阔/下沉市场药店渠道中,有效实现业务目标,提升市占率,覆盖率以及消费者渗透率,推动区域业务增长。

主要工作职责:

在公司政策和要求下,负责所辖区域内所有零售药店渠道客户投资计划的落实与执行,及相关财务工作内容的规范与管理。 负责所辖区域内所有客户的开发、维护与管理,包括提高市场份额、品牌渗透、新品分销与成长、价值链维护、销售渠道归拢、市场活动执行、销售数据分析、市场信息收集与反馈。与客户建立和形成长期战略合作伙伴关系。  按照辖区客户销售策略,制定及贯彻实施本区域的零售客户销售策略,包括:重点客户的年度协议谈判;重点客户的促销活动的制定与执行;与重点客户决策层保持良好的沟通、人员的培训与管理;资源与费用的管理;定期业务回顾和计划;数据收集与分析。 在各省合理制定和实施广阔零售分销策略,达成公司管理销售目标,并通过对辖区内分销商的管理确保其实现,增加市场份额,提升对区域广阔零售终端市场的控制力。 领导和指导下属员工开发和管理区域内的分销商,促使销售主管提高分销商的KPI管理能力,如进货、出货和库存;在合法合规的前提下帮助分销商扩展业务,提高其运营水平。 与相关职能部门保持密切协调与配合。 直线经理安排的其他相关工作。 确保所负责辖区内团队及客户的合规经营。

任职条件:

  • 本科以上学历
  • 8年以上的商业、零售销售经验,外资工作经验优先
  • 了解商业、零售操作的相关法律和法规
  • 优秀的销售和客户管理能力
  • 良好的语言表达能力和沟通能力
  • 良好的逻辑思维和市场分析能力
  • 良好的团队管理和人员辅导能力
  • 良好的英语听说读写能力
  • 熟练操作电脑和使用常用办公软件
