Position Summary:
Senior Dispatch Officer will act as the central communication for Security, overseeing all telephone, radio, and service calls.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promotes superior guest service.
- Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.
- Maintain a daily activity log, recording all occurrences within the facility for which the Security Department presence is required or requested.
- Act as the main source of communication between Security and Surveillance.
- Dispatch will monitor and coordinate the activities of all on duty department employees, including assigning them duties as needed throughout the course of the shift.
- Maintain an adequate amount of supplies needed to perform duties, to include office supplies, forms, etc.
- Maintain a phone list of all key phone numbers needed for the smooth operation of the department.
- Accurately maintain the departments call out log, receiving and tracking all notifications of absences or late arrivals to work.
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
- Must be employed with Security for 90 days.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
- Must be able to write detailed reports in a clear and concise manner.
- Must be able to communicate clearly over phone and radio.
- Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
- Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.
- Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.

This role offers a starting wage of $19.55 per hour. Candidates with relevant experience may be placed higher within the established pay range.
