Supports the enterprise by leading the team responsible for the development and analytics of system-wide labor improvement strategies. Develops short- and long-term strategic goals and plans ensuring alignment with broader organization priorities. Utilizes metrics and organizational vision to lead and direct workforce optimization activities. Will ensure visibility to performance data and productivity information needed to manage labor strategy and expense in real time. Pay Range is $177,777.60 to $284,460.80 / annual salary. Bay Area Pay Range is $202,030.00 to $323,232.00 / annual salary.The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
