The Strategy team at Saviynt is focused on achieving results for the company through performance management, operational cadence, and strategic initiatives. We drive projects pertaining to product and corporate level initiatives.
As a Senior Director of Strategy, you will be a key leader in driving Saviynt’s market position through industry strategy, advocacy, analyst relations, and competitive intelligence. You will leverage your deep market knowledge in identity and access management to inform strategic priorities, shape our narrative with leading industry analysts, and empower internal teams with world-class competitive insights. This role requires phenomenal communication skills, the ability to create high-impact content, and strong cross-functional influence.
In this role, you will work on highly sophisticated problems, gain insight into the strategic issues which are at the forefront in the minds of the leadership team, have exposure to senior-level decision-making, influence product roadmap direction, and have the chance to create relationships with functions across the company.
We are looking for a strong background in industry strategy, research and advisory, analyst relations, and competitive intelligence, and demonstrated success in all areas of external communication and market analysis. We look for hardworking people with phenomenal presentation skills, keynote experience, deep IAM technology market expertise and the capability to build consensus and influence senior executives. Demonstrated ability to thrive in an unstructured, collaborative, and remote environment is ideal.
Mandatory experience in designing, implementing or supporting programs in:
- Identity governance and administration (IGA)
- Role based access controls (RBAC), application identity security (AIS), application access governance, role and policy management Optional experience in application GRC, non-human (NHI) identities, AI security and cloud security is welcome.
