The Team
Within Tommy Hilfiger Marketing, our mission is to adapt the Global Marketing strategy for the EMEA region. We drive consumer engagement across owned stores and Tommy.com, increase awareness and sales through wholesale and online partners, build brand desirability, and advance Tommy Hilfiger’s integrated media ambitions—all aligned with PVH’s overarching goals.
This team is a central pillar of the department, collaborating closely with Hubs, eCommerce, Global Marketing, and Buying to shape EMEA marketing strategy, digital sales, brand alignment, and product messaging. This role is key to operational efficiency, strategic growth, and the overall success of the marketing function in the region.
The Role
Reporting to the SVP of Tommy Hilfiger Marketing, the Senior Director of Strategy, Content, and Go-To-Market (GTM) is a pivotal member of the EMEA Marketing Senior Leadership Team. Positioned at the intersection of brand storytelling, business strategy, and creative leadership, this high-impact role serves as a trusted advisor and chief of staff to the SVP and the broader EMEA Marketing organization, driving strategic alignment, operational excellence, and flawless execution across the region.
You will shape how the brand comes to life across campaigns, channels, and customer touchpoints, translating global strategies into regionally relevant initiatives. You will lead content and creative teams, design and execute robust GTM processes, and ensure marketing programs are data-driven, measurable, and aligned with business objectives. Your work will directly influence consumer engagement, brand positioning, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Marketing Strategy
Lead development and execution of marketing frameworks, guardrails, and briefing processes that align EMEA plans with global objectives while ensuring regional relevance
Collaborate with business functions to define marketing strategies that deliver measurable commercial outcomes
Own the marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation and adherence to governance processes
Lead strategic initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and sales across owned stores, wholesale, and digital platforms
Develop and implement consumer segmentation strategies tailored to the EMEA market
Prepare executive updates and summaries for diverse stakeholders, from creative teams to business leaders
Content Strategy
Translate global content strategy into a regionally relevant narrative, positioning, and storytelling framework that strengthens brand affinity and drives business performance
Lead conceptual development and editorial planning for major campaigns, including content calendars, timelines, and deliverables
Build and maintain content playbooks, workflows, and handover processes to guide EMEA teams in delivering high-quality campaigns
Develop multichannel content strategies across web, social, email, video, and emerging platforms with an audience-first, data-driven approach
Craft compelling brand narratives that reinforce positioning, thought leadership, and market relevance
Foster collaboration between brand, marketing, and business functions to create unified strategies that advance organizational goals
Go-To-Market Leadership
Oversee the design and execution of GTM strategies, ensuring cross-functional alignment with business objectives
Use market insights, customer understanding, and competitive analysis to inform GTM planning
Plan, implement, and optimize campaigns with a focus on efficiency, measurable results, and alignment across marketing, sales, and product teams
Introduce innovative content formats, platforms, and approaches to keep the brand relevant and impactful
Collaboration & Leadership
Extensive experience in working in highly matrixed teams
Partner with creative, digital, social, PR, retail, eCommerce, and Hub Marketing teams to ensure cohesive content and messaging
Lead, mentor, and grow the Strategy, Content and GTM team, fostering collaboration, high performance, and professional development
Define success metrics, monitor content performance, and use insights to optimize campaigns and creative output
Drive process improvements and operational excellence in content production and GTM workflows
Measures of Success
Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive voice and visual identity across all touchpoints, driving awareness, affinity, and consideration
Campaign Performance: Deliver high-impact campaigns that increase engagement, traffic, and sales
Budget Management: Ensure marketing initiatives are executed on time and within budget.
Innovation & Growth: Introduce innovative content strategies and lead brand evolution initiatives
Audience Engagement: Increase consumer interaction across channels, social engagement, website activity, and earned media value
Revenue Impact: Demonstrate measurable influence on sales, acquisition, and customer retention.
What You Bring
7+ years in senior marketing leadership roles within global, matrixed organizations
Proven ability to develop and execute marketing and content strategies that drive business outcomes
Extensive experience working across business functions, with the ability to translate a global brand vision into tangible marketing strategies for the region
Expertise in brand management, storytelling, and multichannel marketing
Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience managing teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders
Global and cultural awareness, with the ability to adapt strategies to diverse EMEA markets
Operational excellence in content production, GTM strategies, and process optimization
Budget ownership and performance management experience, delivering measurable business impact
Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills with executive-level experience
