Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a Senior Director, Strategy & Business Development to support the creation, implementation and management of our Global Technology and Operations (GTO) short-term and long-term growth initiatives with a primary focus on revenue generation and profitability.
Broadridge’s Global Technology and Operations division offers a suite of advanced real-time transaction processing services that automate the securities transaction lifecycle, from desktop productivity tools, data aggregation, performance reporting, and portfolio management to order capture and execution, trade confirmation, settlement, and accounting.
Responsibilities
Support the creation, implementation and management of GTO short-term and long-term growth initiatives with a primary focus on revenue generation and profitability
Assist in developing new market initiatives and assessing business opportunities through research and data analysis
Support senior business development leaders in sourcing, managing and implementing new business opportunities in collaboration with GTO business unit leaders and the corporate M&A team
Contribute to governance and monitoring of business development initiatives to ensure business performance and compliance
Assist in performing financial feasibility studies and help evaluate new business opportunities
Support the identification and development of new market, product and growth opportunities in conjunction with the GTO management team and business unit leaders
Research and analyze market, client and industry trends that impact GTO growth plans and help recommend solutions
Help identify and qualify attractive market segments and adjacencies for growth investment
Build working relationships with key stakeholders across business units and corporate functions to support alignment of GTO strategies
Assist in organizing and creating presentations for various levels of management
Qualifications
5-7 years in financial services or related industry
Exposure to Wealth and Investment Management preferred
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
Consulting, investment banking, or financial analysis experience a plus
Knowledge of AI and digital assets is helpful
Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
Ability to collaborate across teams and business units
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for analysis and presentations
Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $165,000 - $175,000
Bonus Eligibility: Bonus Eligible
