As ICON's Senior Director of Software Products, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of all software systems at ICON—from the ICONOS suite that orchestrates construction operations, to the embedded control systems that power our robotic 3D printing fleet. You will lead a cross-functional organization of 20+ engineers, designers, and product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and rapid iteration in service of ICON's mission to make dignified housing accessible to everyone.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the technological foundation of an industry in transformation. You will work directly with executive leadership to define product strategy, drive architectural decisions that will scale with the company, and build the systems that enable ICON to deliver hundreds of homes while expanding into new markets and applications—including space-based construction.
This role is a full-time, on-site role based on our Austin, TX Campus and reports to the VP of Technology Products.
