Here you'll get to:
Managing the UK Creative team within the Sync department
Processing a high volume of creative briefs day to day, handling in a timely and efficient manner, while delivering the best ideas from our catalogue
Working across all WMG labels including Atlantic, ADA, Classics, Parlophone, Rhino & Warner Records
Implementing strategy based on priority releases from frontline labels or opportunities around anniversaries from catalogue to secure sync placements
Building and maintaining relationships within the labels, including monthly meetings to keep across all new music and updating labels on sync opportunities
Working alongside Head of Licensing with day-to-day advertising requests, must have strong experience with quoting and negotiating deals
Copyright research, including working closely with Business Affairs
Organising client events, showcases and playbacks
Managing T&E budgets
Growing and maintaining a network of clients direct at advertising agencies as well as supervision companies
Regularly communicating with managers, including providing pitch reports
Overseeing ticket buys, attending gigs and client entertainment
Working with the GLOBAL SYNC SUPPORT TEAM AND LOCAL Sync teams globally to collaborate on pitches and initiatives
Ability to negotiate and execute bespoke jobs, such as re-records, remixes or trailer versions
