The Opportunity
This is a build‑and‑scale leadership role, not a maintenance one.
We’re looking for a Senior Director of Marketing to architect and lead the next phase of EQ’s marketing evolution. You will define how our brand shows up in the market, how demand is created and measured, and how marketing operates as a predictable, revenue‑driving engine.
Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will work as a core member of the revenue leadership team, shaping positioning, fueling pipeline, and building the systems, team, and capabilities required to support sustained global growth.
If you thrive in environments where strategy meets execution, and where you can build something enduring rather than inherit something finished, this role is for you.
What You Will Build:
Marketing Strategy & Architecture
Brand & Market Positioning
Demand & Pipeline Creation
Team, Operating Model & Measurement
