Iron Mountain is seeking a transformational Senior Director, Inside Sales to join our Global Sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving organizational transformation by expanding the Inside Sales function into a scalable, high-performing growth engine, and ensuring the achievement of multi-year revenue plans.
In this role, you will:
Define and execute a purpose-fit strategy for the Inside Sales team across all targeted market segments, ensuring annual and multi-year revenue goals are exceeded.
Partner closely with Marketing, Business Operations, Sales Enablement, and Business Unit leadership (RM, ALM, and Digital) to optimize GTM strategies, enhance selling motions, and align resources for team success.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, standardizing performance tracking and reviewing critical KPIs to ensure high productivity and efficient selling processes.
The ideal candidate will have:
10-15 years of experience as a Senior Inside Sales Leadership role.
Strong knowledge of scaling an Inside Sales model (e.g., 90+ Inside Sales Representatives and 10+ managers) and driving new business development across key GTM segments (SMB/Mid-Market).
Proven ability in leading through influence, fostering a positive/competitive culture, and structuring ongoing leadership development programs for high-potential employees and managers.
Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional partners (Sales Operations, Marketing, Recruiting) to position sales teams for success.
