Position Purpose: The Sr Director, will own and lead the development and execution of brand value and access strategies our dermatoloty products—a cornerstone asset in Lilly's Immunology portfolio and a critical driver of the company's long-term growth strategy. This leader must be obsessed with the consumer experience, passionate about leveraging data, analytics, and technology to improve patient access, and able to adapt staffing and priorities as business needs and market dynamics evolve

Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of market access, finance, field or marketing experience

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$169,500 - $248,600Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
