Job Description Summary:

The Senior Director I, Creative Operations, leads the vision, integration, and scaling of creative technology solutions to enable world-class, tech-augmented marketing for The Coca-Cola Company. This role is accountable for building and managing a high-performing team of Creative Technologists & Content Activation Technologist, driving the adoption of Adobe creative tools and other GenAI creative tools, and ensuring the seamless delivery of both creative style ID training and creative generation at scale. The Director I, Creative Operations, is a key enabler of the NAOU’s transformation agenda—accelerating speed, personalization, and creative excellence across all channels and markets.

What You Will Do for Us

  • Lead the Creative Operations Function: Build, inspire, and manage a team of Creative Technologists & Content Activation Technologist (trainers and generators) responsible for both creative style ID training (developing and maintaining brand/market-specific creative guidelines in GenAI tools) and creative generation (producing and/or adapting content at scale for all platforms, including media, print, packaging, and digital shelf).
  • Drive Technology Integration & Adoption: Champion the rollout and user adoption of Adobe Fizzion and other creative technology platforms (including Adobe Firefly, GenStudio, and emerging GenAI tools) across the NAOU marketing ecosystem.
  • AI & GenAI Creative Enablement: Orchestrate the use of AI and GenAI tools for both anthemic (long-term, high-impact) and deaveraged (real-time, market-specific) creative needs—enabling rapid adaptation, personalization, and cost-effective content production.
  • Creative Style ID Training: Oversee the development, training, and continuous improvement of creative style IDs—ensuring GenAI tools are trained to deliver on global and local brand guidelines, campaign needs, and customer/bottler requirements.
  • Creative Generation at Scale: Lead the team in generating, adapting, and optimizing creative assets using GenAI and automation—delivering fit-for-platform, real-time content that drives brand equity and business outcomes.
  • Content Adaptations at Scale: Lead the team in adapting and optimizing creative assets using creative technology and automation—delivering fit-for-platform, real-time content that drives brand equity and business outcomes. Oversee content adaptations across customer, bottler, and regional needs, ensuring playbook delivery and consistency at scale.
  • Collaboration & Governance: Partner with Creative, Brand, CHX, Data, MarTech/Operations, and Commercial teams to translate strategy into dynamic, tech-enabled creative execution. Implement quality control and governance mechanisms to ensure brand integrity and compliance across all generated content.
  • Capability Building & Change Leadership: Serve as a change leader for creative technology, building future-ready capabilities, driving AI literacy, and fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in creative technology, digital innovation, or creative operations—ideally within a marketing or agency environment.
  • Proven expertise in leading teams and driving adoption of creative technology platforms (Adobe Creative Cloud, Fizzion, Firefly, GenStudio, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience with AI/GenAI creative tools, creative automation, and content supply chain optimization.
  • Strong understanding of creative style ID development, creative generation, and the intersection of brand, data, and technology.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering results through process and technology innovation.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.

Pay Range:

$193,000 - $224,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
