Location: Remote from Colombia
Language: Advanced English (mandatory)
🎯 Your Challenge
You will lead the full spectrum of product design activities, creating intuitive experiences that solve customer problems and improve usability for global digital solutions. You will join a strategic project expanding the capabilities of a web application powered by AI, used by employees across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.
💡 What You Will Do
- Design user-centered experiences from strategy through implementation.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, and QA in an agile environment.
- Use Figma and our design system to create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Participate in feedback sessions and user testing.
- Ensure proper design implementation, not just deliver POCs.
🧠Your Experience
- Proven experience in UX/UI design: research, wireframes, visual design, and user testing.
- Proficiency in collaborative tools: Figma, Mural (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Design Thinking and human-centered design frameworks.
- Experience with responsive design and developer handoff.
- Advanced English for global communication.
- Nice to have: basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and tools like JIRA, UserZoom/UserTesting.
