Role Purpose

The Director of Finance for the Alcohol business provides financial leadership for the Alcohol Ready‑to‑Drink portfolio, guiding category performance, key planning routines, and commercial decision‑making. The role delivers clear financial insights, supports value‑chain and scenario analyses to inform strategic choices, and partners across internal teams and external alcohol partners to enable profitable growth. This leader ensures disciplined financial management, simplifies complexity for stakeholders, and helps drive both near‑term results and long‑term category development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial management of the Alcohol business, overseeing key P&L routines, performance analysis, and delivery of annual profit and margin objectives.
  • Drive financial partnership for the Alcohol portfolio, providing strategic insights and in-year decision support to senior commercial and brand leaders.
  • Support the evolution of the Alcohol business model by developing value-chain analyses, assessing partnership structures, and evaluating contract and route‑to‑market scenarios.
  • Lead the annual Business Plan, Rolling Estimates, Long‑Range Plan inputs, and performance stewardship processes for the Alcohol category.
  • Provide commercial finance leadership for Alcohol RTD brands and innovations, guiding pricing strategies, margin optimization, and investment decisions.
  • Manage value-chain creation and financial execution for the business Innovation pipeline.
  • Partner with external partners' finance counterparts to align on financial inputs, performance, and system results.
  • Present the Alcohol financial performance to senior leaders in the North America Operating Unit and contribute insights for global category updates.
  • Conduct scenario modeling to support strategic choices related to category growth, partnership economics, and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with brand, supply chain, commercial teams, and external partners to ensure financial alignment and execution of portfolio priorities.
  • Maintain disciplined FP&A processes, ensuring forecast accuracy, transparent performance tracking, and actionable variance analysis.
  • Translate complex financial insights into clear, compelling recommendations that support alignment and informed decision-making across stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced credentials in analytics, strategy, or digital transformation strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally with exposure to innovation, digital transformation, product development, or technology-driven organizations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial support of innovation portfolios, digital tools, or technology capabilities (AI, automation, data platforms, digital products, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of valuation techniques for innovation initiatives—including scenario modeling, portfolio management, and experimental performance measurement.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills; proven ability to simplify complex innovation insights into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
  • Advanced proficiency with financial modeling, BI tools, and modern analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, digital dashboards, AI-assisted analytics).
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams across technology, product, operations, and strategy.
  • Agile, forward-thinking problem-solver with the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Pay Range:

$180,000 - $203,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
