Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Directs and oversees financial planning and analysis for Technical Operations, Engineering, Fleet Management, and Facilities Operations, including capital and expense budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
- Partners with cross-functional leadership in construction, tech ops, and maintenance to evaluate operational initiatives, capital projects, and resource allocation.
- Develops and manages capital investment strategies to optimize asset utilization and support growth objectives.
- Provides financial insights and modeling to support decision-making for fleet lifecycle management, facilities upgrades, and technology implementations.
- Establishes performance metrics and reporting frameworks to monitor operational efficiency and capital project ROI.
- Ensures compliance with internal financial policies and governance standards for capital planning and operational expenditures.
- Leads and mentors a team of finance professionals, setting goals, objectives, and performance standards aligned with organizational priorities.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.
