Job Summary

Responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and operational support across Technical Operations, Engineering, Fleet Management, and Facilities Operations. Oversees capital planning and forecasting to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Partners cross-functionally with leaders in construction, maintenance, and technology to drive operational efficiency and financial performance. Contributes to the development of long-term strategies and ensures financial objectives support business priorities. Typically manages multiple teams of professionals.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Directs and oversees financial planning and analysis for Technical Operations, Engineering, Fleet Management, and Facilities Operations, including capital and expense budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
  • Partners with cross-functional leadership in construction, tech ops, and maintenance to evaluate operational initiatives, capital projects, and resource allocation.
  • Develops and manages capital investment strategies to optimize asset utilization and support growth objectives.
  • Provides financial insights and modeling to support decision-making for fleet lifecycle management, facilities upgrades, and technology implementations.
  • Establishes performance metrics and reporting frameworks to monitor operational efficiency and capital project ROI.
  • Ensures compliance with internal financial policies and governance standards for capital planning and operational expenditures.
  • Leads and mentors a team of finance professionals, setting goals, objectives, and performance standards aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.
