The Senior Director of Clinics applies broad business and management expertise to drive financial and operational performance within and across functions or disciplines. The Senior Director will ensure that action plans are set in place to reach goals the organization should successfully attain for its strategy to succeed. They must deploy the resources and develop the goals to ensure employees understand the intent of the Strategic Plan/Operational Plan. They must pursue higher levels of organizational and human performance to include quality, productivity, and time performance concerns. Will foster a culture of positivity within physicians and caregivers, while striving for an excellent patient experience.
