Key Responsibilities
1. Business Strategy & P&L Leadership
● Own full China P&L performance, including revenue growth and margin management.
● Develop and execute the China market strategy aligned with global business objectives.
● Identify high-value growth opportunities within the AR and advanced optics ecosystem.
● Drive long-term, sustainable business expansion in a competitive market environment.
2. Strategic Sales & Key Account Development
● Build and maintain executive-level relationships with leading AR, consumer electronics, and technology brands.
● Lead major customer engagements from early evaluation through design-in and mass production.
● Negotiate complex commercial agreements and development partnerships.
● Elevate the company’s position from component supplier to strategic solution partner.
3. Ecosystem & Platform Positioning
● Strengthen partnerships across the AR value chain, including display, optics, and system integration players.
● Promote integrated optical solutions that reduce customer development complexity.
● Establish the company’s technology as a preferred architecture for premium AR products in China.
4. Organization & Team Leadership
● Build and lead a high-performance local team across sales, technical applications, and program management.
● Foster a strong technical-commercial collaboration culture.
● Serve as a bridge between China customers and global R&D teams.
● Recruit and develop top-tier talent to support long-cycle, system-level engagements.
Candidate Profile
● 15+ years of leadership experience in optics, AR/VR, semiconductor, or related high-tech industries.
● Proven experience managing P&L and scaling technology-driven businesses.
● Strong executive presence with the ability to engage CTO/CEO-level stakeholders.
● Experience in complex B2B technology sales and design-in environments.
● System-level hardware integration experience is a strong plus.
● Fluent in Mandarin and English.
