Key Responsibilities
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the digital flows on mobile and web platforms.
Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch innovative digital solutions that enhance the experience for agents and customers.
Utilize data analytics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Identifies objectives and key results and analyze customer feedback and usage metrics to recognize key pain points and opportunities to address
Creates a collaborative, performance-driven work environment by facilitating and fostering trust, transparency, and inclusion.
Manage a team of product owners to set clear goals, provide feedback, perform performance assessments, and support on-going development
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital product management.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills Requirements
Proven experience in digital product management, preferably within insurance, financial services, or a related field.
Demonstrated success in managing mobile and web product development.
Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Data-driven mindset with a passion for delivering impactful digital experiences.
Demonstrated effective leadership skills.
Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service.
Extensive knowledge and expertise in own and related initiatives, line of business, and broader stakeholders
Extensive knowledge and expertise in digital/technology products and iterative product lifecycles that solve business problems and provide exceptional customer experiences
Demonstrated experience deriving key insights and patterns from customer interviews and using that input to clarify problem statements
Demonstrated expertise navigating matrixed organizations and teams with proven success in leveraging the right people and resources at the right time for consistent and dependable delivery
Travel Requirements
