Your New Role: This role focuses on building and integrating solutions across ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), Snowflake (Sales Data Warehouse), Power BI (Analytics), and Product Lifecycle Management systems. The ideal candidates are detail-oriented engineers with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for improving publishing workflows and data management.
Your Role Accountabilities:
Development & Integration This Developer will design, develop, and maintain custom modules, integrations, and enhancements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. They will develop and optimize data pipelines, APIs, and automation scripts for publishing workflows and reporting. This role will participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance tuning. Contribute to ongoing technology upgrades and process improvements across DC Comics Publishing.
Documentation & Process The developer will translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions. They will document technical designs, configurations, and deployment procedures. Maintain status reports, risk logs, and issue tracking for development efforts.
Collaboration & Support This role will work closely with business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to understand and deliver solutions. They will provide level 2 and 3 application support for DC Comics’ ERP and its system integrations. They will support system/functional testing, UAT, and production rollouts.
Qualifications & Experiences:
5+ years’ experience as a software developer or engineer, preferably in ERP or publishing technology environments.
Strong experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (AL, C/AL, .NET, or related technologies).
Experience with SQL, Power BI, DAX, and data integration tools.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
Experience with test planning, unit/integration testing, and deployment automation.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent development projects under time constraints.
Exceptional communication and teamwork skills in cross-functional environments.
Strong analytical thinking and technical problem-solving abilities.
High energy level, adaptive, and a strong team player with a good work ethic.
Must be a self-starter and demonstrate resiliency when met with challenges or setbacks.

Experience with media and entertainment consumer products, especially publishing.
Experience working with customized ERP applications and data infrastructure design.
Familiarity with publishing workflows and product lifecycle management.
Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence), Monday.com, Miro, and ServiceNow.
