Senior Developer (Java + DataBricks (DBK) ) - Senior Manager

Who we are looking for:

• Must Extensively worked on performance-critical, low-latency and high-throughput, multithreaded, even-driven systems developed using Core Java technologies and able to demonstrate the same through modern coding practices.
• Ability to write highly efficient code using modern best practices.
• Experience and expertise in managing technology frameworks like Java Spring, Oracle, integration frameworks like Kafka/MQ/JMS.
• Strong experience with DB SQL queries and Databricks (DBK) coding and maintaining it.
• Ability to drive architect/design/development/testing/support activities by effectively coordinating with multiple stakeholders globally.
• Should have very good understanding of approaches to architecture – Micro Services, design patterns, systems integration approaches, infrastructural dependencies.
• Should have good understanding and experience of DevOps, Native Cloud computing and the emerging technologies. Working experience in distributed, fault tolerant, highly available applications.
• Hands on development experience in developing & maintaining end-to-end enterprise applications, working closely with product & dev teams across geographical locations.
• Strong Core Java, Webservices, Database design and modeling in J2EE environment.
• Good Exposure to client side web application development – JavaScript, React.js, Angular JS, jQuery, CSS.
• Experience with designing JMS MOM systems like RabbitMQ/Sonic MQ/ Active MQ.
• Secure coding principles and web security concerns.
• ORM tools like Hibernate, Spring MVC, Boot, ORM.
• Test driven development using Junit, Mockito/any mocking frameworks.
• Experience in modern engineering practices like Dockers, desktop container, native cloud development in AWS/Azure/GC  is a big plus.
• Experience in in implementing CI/CD practices with exposure to technologies like Jenkins, Dockers.
• Provide advanced technical expertise in analyzing, designing, estimating, and developing software applications to project schedule.
• The candidate must demonstrate the strategic thinking and innovative approach of problem solving. Should have the ability to connect the dots.
• Demonstrated experience developing server-side Java code for a web application in an Enterprise environment utilizing a popular J2EE application server including WebSphere, Tomcat.
• Demonstrated experience with database development using Oracle, PostGress including SQL, PLSQL, and ORM tools like Hibernate or Ibatis.
• Qualified developers should have solid working knowledge of Spring, Java APIs like JMS and JTA, multi-threading, secure coding principles and web security concerns, web services.
• Strong Java 1.8+ core features such as functional programming, RxJava and Lambda.

Good to have (most preferred):

Prior experience on working on FX e-Trading platforms which have low latency, high-frequency messaging and high throughput requirements, Previously worked on high-frequency Algorithmic Trading platform for Equities is a big plus.
