We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Desktop/End User Support Engineer for our Nashville, TN corporate office. This on-site role is responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to associates, ensuring a seamless technology experience within the office environment. The successful candidate will maintain technology standards across the office, including conference rooms, networking, digital signage, shared devices, and more. This position also plays a key role in supporting critical business meetings and providing break/fix support for endpoints and mobile devices.

The successful candidate will maintain technology standards across the office, including conference rooms, networking, digital signage, shared devices, and more. This position also plays a key role in supporting critical business meetings and providing break/fix support for endpoints and mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on technical support for associates in the Nashville corporate office.
  • Maintain and ensure optimal functioning of office technology: conference room equipment, network infrastructure, digital signage, shared equipment, and related systems.
  • Own the associate technology experience by proactively resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Support and troubleshoot critical business meetings, ensuring all technology components operate smoothly.
  • Deliver break/fix support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Research and resolve technical problems of moderate to complex difficulty, typically escalated from first-line support teams.
  • Respond promptly to escalated telephone, email, and online requests for technical assistance.
  • Document, track, and monitor issues using applicable systems and tools.
  • Influence departmental strategy and contribute to decision-making on project components and technical approaches.
  • Operate with considerable latitude, determining objectives and approaches for assignments independently.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Desktop/End User Support Engineer.
  • Demonstrated expertise in researching and resolving complex technical problems, including those escalated from support teams.
  • Experience responding to escalated technical support requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Proficiency in documenting, tracking, and monitoring technical issues using relevant systems and tools.
  • Understanding of departmental, segment, and organizational strategies and their interconnections.
  • Passion for improving consumer and associate technology experiences continuously.
  • Excellent, polished communication skills with attention to detail and discretion.
  • Ability and willingness to perform duties in a variety of environments.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$80,900 - $110,300 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
