Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Bogotá, Colombia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Senior Designer - Graphic Design will be in charge of leading the design and production of high-quality documents and presentations, ensuring brand consistency across materials and Cross-functional collaboration to translate complex information into clear visuals.
We will count on you to:
- Prepare, format, and edit a variety of documents and presentations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and incorporating visual elements such as tables, images, and infographics; create tables and visual charts, including pie charts, bar graphs, and line graphs.
- Edit, combine, and manage PDF documents using Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Acrobat Pro, including tasks such as extracting content, converting PDFs to Word or PowerPoint, and updating existing PDFs.
- Ensure all documents are accurate, well-formatted, and free of grammatical or spelling errors.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a quick turnaround time, maintaining high-quality standards; collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, review drafts, and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain organized records of all project files and document versions; assist with other administrative or document-related tasks as needed.
What you need to have:
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (intermediate-advanced).
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat Reader/Pro for PDF editing and management.
- Strong proofreading, grammar, and attention to detail; English proficiency at B2–C1.
