As a Senior Delivery Lead, you will shape delivery maturity across the DnA portfolio, embedding modern engineering practices (CI/CD, automation, observability) and influencing priorities to deliver better value, sooner, safer, happier outcomes. You’ll lead squads, ensure backlog quality, and champion continuous improvement using metrics like flow efficiency and predictability. Financial accountability, stakeholder partnership, and fostering a psychologically safe, high-performing culture are key to success.

- Working with the DnA Leadership Team and squad leads to ensure that items in the backlog are appropriately broken down into tasks, efforts to estimate completion times for tasks are accurate and that processes are in place to keep stakeholders regularly and effectively updated.
- Orchestrating efforts across the team to ensure the right people are working on the right things at the right time and enabling to have real-time insight into capacity and proactively highlighting risks and opportunities to improve on the journey to operational excellence.
- Helping to foster a culture of making decisions based on data by using metrics that provide valuable insights to business decisions and explain the ‘why’ and articulate value across initiatives and actively identifying, reporting, and managing delivery risks and issues, acting as the escalation point for delivery teams to resolve issues.
- Facilitating relevant forums (e.g., Data Enablement Value Stream), which include senior stakeholders from across the business.
- Performing resource and capacity planning, allocations, and workload assignments according to delivery requirements and business priorities; and working collaboratively with relevant stakeholders (business, delivery squads, project teams, other IT teams, change management) to plan and keep them abreast of developments accordingly.
