The Senior Informatics Data Scientist / Engineer is responsible for delivering solutions that are integral to data-driven decisions impact product supply, compliance, and performance at PGS Andover.
The incumbent is responsible for developing, maintaining, and administration of solutions deployed at the PGS Andover site to support technical troubleshooting, investigation, validation, process improvement, knowledge management, monitoring, and lifecycle management biopharmaceutical production and testing occurring at the PGS Andover site and affiliated manufacturing and testing network.
WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE
Responsible for Andover site-based systems and programs that are integral to data-driven decisions for product delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Aggregate, compile, and analyze complex data set to support monitoring and troubleshooting of product production and testing, validation, regulatory submissions, and applicable manufacturing intelligence initiatives.
Develop and maintain predictive models to support process troubleshooting, investigation, and improvement.
Develop, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, validation/verify data systems or solutions.
Develop and configure data visualization to support site operational, performance management, and regulatory and compliance requirements.
Develop user and functional requirements for data solutions to reflect site customer needs.
Collaborate with site and network functions to develop and deploy network/enterprise informatics solutions; lead local data solution deployment projects.
Maintain servers and software licenses required for optimal performance of informatics systems and solutions.
Administer and maintain data programs to support GMP activities including the creation and maintenance of applicable GMP procedures and job aids.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have
Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 3 years of experience; OR a PhD with 0+ years of experience; OR as associate's degree with 8 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience.
Experience in biopharmaceutical, data science, information technology, and statistics industry experience.
Nice-to-Have
Experience working in a GMP environment.
Knowledge of database principles and their applications.
Proficient in common scripting languages, data management/analytics tool, and statistical analysis tools utilized in data science, data visualization, and process monitoring.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to perform mathematical calculations, scientific computation, complex data analysis, verbal communication, written communication, strategic thinking, business acumen, project management.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Occasional need to travel.

Secondment 6-12 months

Position is considered Flexible, and colleagues are expected to comply with Log In For Your Day (LIFYD) requirements at site location (e.g. about 2.5 days a week in office).
