Accountabilities:
Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest third-party data (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprinklr, paid media, social, and other marketing data sources)
Integrate web traffic, campaign, and engagement data into AWS landscape.
Develop automated workflows for data extraction via APIs, webhooks, and batch processes.
Monitor and optimize data pipeline performance and reliability.
Ensure clean, structured, and standardized datasets across multiple external sources.
Maintain data consistency, deduplication, and normalization practices.
Implement validation checks and monitoring to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Document data sources, transformations, and lineage.
Support compliance and privacy considerations (e.g., consent frameworks, tracking limitations).
Collaborate with Stakeholders and Reporting/Data Analysts to assist and translate business requirements to technical solutions
Develop data lake solutions leveraging new or existing technology to advance the company's business
Design, upgrade and implement new data workflows, automation, tools and API integrations
Write and maintain technical documentation
Perform unit tests and system integration tests
Work with the team using Agile methodology
Job Specifications :
Bachelor’s Degree holder (Engineering/Computer Science preferred but not required)
Experience dealing with various stakeholders in a global perspective
5-7 years’ experience as a Data Engineer (or related positions) with focus on data processing and/or relational databases
Experienced with relational databases like MS SQL Server, PostgresSQL, and Oracle
Experienced in the following programming/scripting languages: SQL, Python, Shell/Powershell,
Experienced with AWS Cloud
Experienced with working on Structured, Semi-Structured, Unstructured datasets
Monitor, validate, and drive continuous improvement to methods, and propose enhancements to data sources that improve usability and results
Proven stakeholder management
Proven time and project management skills, experience in Agile Methodology is desired
Good communication and presentation skills
Analytical, structured, organized, and proactive
Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with web analytics data models (e.g., GA4)
Familiarity with marketing attribution and campaign tracking frameworks (UTM structures).
Experience handling high-volume marketing data.
Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and consent frameworks.
