Humana’s MarketPoint organization is seeking a Senior Data and Reporting Professional to join the Change and Operations Team. The Senior Data and Reporting Professional will play a key role in supporting MarketPoint’s Learning and Development teams by building, distributing, and continuously improving reports on critical training and organizational effectiveness initiatives using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts. This role will lead the creation and execution of end-to-end reporting strategies, develop measurement approaches for training effectiveness, and provide technical support for process automation and internal tools.
Additionally, this role will support organizational effectiveness through the development of custom Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to streamline internal processes. In this role you will help to build upon current training reports and lead projects on next level reporting that have a direct impact on the future of training within MarketPoint.
Key Role Functions
Support in developing and implementing overarching reporting strategies aligned with MarketPoint’s Learning and Development objectives
Act as a consultant around reporting, analytics, and insights strategy; working with partner teams early in the training development process to determine potential measurement strategies
Design, build, and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports focused on learning and development initiatives (leveraging Kirkpatrick methodology or similar) integrating data from multiple sources to produce reporting elements that inform data-driven decisions
Program and maintain report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators (Snowflake, etc.), canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources
Collaborate with stakeholders to design measurement frameworks, assess the impact of training programs, and highlight areas for continued iteration and improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of technical experience in data analysis and reporting
Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction
Experience working with complex data sets within a large organization and/or the analysis of data
Experience in a data warehousing environment
Proficient in Microsoft Power Apps (PowerBI a must), Power Automate, SharePoint, Snowflake, SQL, Python and SAS
Knowledge of the Kirkpatrick Model of measuring learning effectiveness
Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership
Detail oriented with strong cross-functional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple or competing priorities
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and contribute to organizational strategy
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Waterfall Model and/or Agile Development Methodologies
Experience in learning and development, translating training, development, and performance data into actionable insights to drive organizational strategy
Experience using learning management systems such as Cornerstone OnDemand
Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and/or predictive modeling
