OVERVIEW:
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Reporting
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using established frameworks
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across user groups
Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements
Support automation of reporting processes to reduce manual efforts
Assist in monitoring performance of data systems and reporting platforms
Infrastructure
Support integrations with partner systems and internal data platforms
Collaborate with Technology teams to ensure infrastructure reliability and scalability
Help manage user access and data delivery pipelines
Process Improvement and Change Management
Analyze business workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency gains
Document standard operating procedures (SOPs), training guides, and technical documentation
Support change management initiatives by coordinating with stakeholders and tracking adoption
Promote a culture of continuous improvement across teams
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business; Technology; Communication, Engineering or other related discipline
7-10 years of experience in Business Process Design, Retail Experience preferred
Lean Six Sigma Certification (green belt or higher) Required
PMP & Change Management Certifications preferred
Experience in Current/Future State Process Mapping
Experience in Workshop/Training; Planning, Preparation and Delivery
Experience with reporting software such as PowerBI and scheduling software such as Oracle products to support scalability preferred
Experience utilizing and working with SQL, Visio, Process Mapping, Miro, MS Teams/SharePoint/PowerPoint and other Project Management tools
Ability to define a data request, evaluate its requirements, and implement a solution with training and sustainment plans.
Ability to analyze and challenge current processes, identify gaps and areas of improvement and document future state processes and procedures.
Strong stakeholder management skill set and drive for results
Ability to define solutions that are scalable and sustainable
Strong organization and collaboration skills
Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environment with changing landscape and still deliver results
Exceptional analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to communicate with and work at different levels and across different disciplines
