[What the role is]
Post market safety surveillance of medicines and vaccines
[What you will be working on]
- Perform statistical analyses on clinical databases to generate insights to inform regulatory decisions:
- Pre-process, analyse data via appropriate methods
- Provide inputs into benefit-risk assessment for medicines and vaccines
- Contribute, as an author, to journal publications, conference abstracts and posters
- Perform other related duties as required
[What we are looking for]
- Knowledge and experience in relevant scientific disciplines e.g. healthcare, clinical pharmacy , biostatistics, pharmacoepidemiology
- Proficiency in statistical programming in R or STATA
- Experience and training in epidemiology is an advantage
- Experience working with electronic health records is an advantage
- Experience in hospital pharmacy practice or post-market surveillance
- Interest in data analysis relating to healthcare
The successful candidate will be offered a 1-year contract (with option for automatic renewal for a further one year) in the first instance.
