Supermetrics is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our UK and Ireland team. In this role, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of 40 to 60 customers, improving retention, deepening adoption, and identifying expansion opportunities across the region.
You will be part of a global Customer Success organization spanning North America, EMEA, and JAPAC, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, Professional Services, and Solutions Engineering to ensure customers achieve meaningful outcomes.
