JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main Responsibilities:

1. Order & Shipment Management:Manage orders from direct customers and distributors, coordinate daily shipments, and monitor shipment achievement KPI.

2. Customs & Licensing DocumentationSupport customs documentation preparation, product license verification, COO and invoice checking, and communication with customs brokers.

3. Inventory ReportingPrepare monthly ending inventory reports and provide 12‑month sales and inventory data for product analysis.

4. Master Data & Product SetupMaintain product information to support accurate quotation and special order preparation for the Sales team.

5. Compliance & Regular ReportingSubmit monthly price survey reports, bi‑monthly EPA environmental filings, and annual TP updates as required.

6. Cross‑Functional Support:Collaborate with Sales, RA, Finance, and external logistics partners to provide timely data and operational support, and Handle tasks assigned by supervisors or other departments as needed.

Skills & Experience Required:*

  • College or above graduated.
  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience in customer support, logistic management, distribution, or related field.
