Merative’s Cúram Solution team is searching for a Technical Consultant with Cúram product experience to join our team.Essential Job Duties:
Facilitate requirements and fit/gap workshops with client staff on technical topics and non-functional requirements.
• Create functional and technical designs for Curam extensions and configurations, such as workflow and/or rules.
• Work closely with client and partner staff on matters related to the Curam Business Application Suite (CBAS) technical architecture and be able to deliver communications both written and verbal
• Develop, code and unit test Curam extensions in a J2EE environment.
• Investigate and resolve situations where actual test results do not match expected test results
• Establish and maintain a demonstrated working relationship with fellow employees, System Integration partners and clients, and promote Cúram Solution as a capable and trusted partner.
• Utilize Eclipse framework to implement Curam solutions
• Maintain industry standard version controls
• Lead and mentor less experienced consultants on project teams
Basic Qualifications (minimum requirements needed to perform this job)
Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years’ experience in technical consulting
At least 3 years’ experience in CURAM software product and services
At least 3 years’ experience in J2EE/Java development skills.
Basic knowledge in relational database for eg: DB2, Oracle and SQL.
Preferred Skills
Information Technology degree
At least 5 years’ experience in CURAM software product and services
Knowledge of Cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, AWS or IBM Cloud
At least 2 years’ experience in social enterprise management for public sector, core functionality or the associated business processes of human services programs (ie: food stamps, child welfare, health care reform, and more).

Work Environment
Combination of onsite at Merative office or Client location and remote within United States
Travel weekly to client sites as needed.
Compensation
The salary range provided in this job posting is intended to reflect the general market value for the position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific requirements of the role. This range may also be subject to change as market conditions evolve. We encourage open communication throughout the interview process to discuss compensation expectations. For base-salary + commission sales roles, the range represents On-Target Earnings.

$118,240.00 - $177,360.00 (USD)
