About the role (What you'll be doing)
You are a writer, and will be a key voice in bringing Juniper's stories to life across every customer touchpoint. Your mission is to write compelling, high-quality copy that works hard at every stage of the funnel—from the first ad someone sees to the landing page that converts them, and every touchpoint in between.
Your role is to ensure our messaging translates seamlessly across the entire customer journey—maintaining our brand voice, delivering on our strategic drivers, and adapting your writing to what each channel and stage of the funnel demands. You'll write everything from punchy headlines and persuasive body copy to email flows and web content that converts.
At Juniper, we believe that great copy drives performance. Your success is defined by your ability to write copy that not only sounds good, but converts—whether that's stopping thumbs on social, building trust on a landing page, or reassuring customers in a post-purchase email.
