We will count on you to:
Work closely with business partners and stakeholders
Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations
Maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution
Communicate project updates and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders
Creatively use available resources, tools, and technology to drive results
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business transformation, analytics, and strategy
What you’ll need to have:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and data analytics, with at least 1 year of experience working in the area of Continuous Improvement
Knowledge of Accounting Operations processes
Experience with financial systems such as ERP, BI, and data warehousing
Expertise in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and develop actionable insights
Strong leadership skills to manage a team and drive cross-functional collaboration
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
What makes you stand out:
Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends and best practices
Experience with implementation of dashboard reporting (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or other)
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement strategies
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Knowledge of system rationalization and migrations
Experience with Alteryx
Functional experience with database and spreadsheet software, such as MySQL and Excel
