Marsh McLennan is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office: Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist (Accounting Operations Teams)

We will count on you to:  

  • Work closely with business partners and stakeholders

  • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance

  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations

  • Maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution

  • Communicate project updates and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders

  • Creatively use available resources, tools, and technology to drive results

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business transformation, analytics, and strategy

What you’ll need to have:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

  • At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and data analytics, with at least 1 year of experience working in the area of Continuous Improvement

  • Knowledge of Accounting Operations processes

  • Experience with financial systems such as ERP, BI, and data warehousing

  • Expertise in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView

  • Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and develop actionable insights

  • Strong leadership skills to manage a team and drive cross-functional collaboration

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities

What makes you stand out:  

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends and best practices

  • Experience with implementation of dashboard reporting (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or other)

  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement strategies

  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

  • Knowledge of system rationalization and migrations

  • Experience with Alteryx

  • Functional experience with database and spreadsheet software, such as MySQL and Excel
