Constructor Tech is seeking a highly strategic Senior Events Manager to transform our global event presence into a measurable engine for pipeline growth, brand elevation, and executive-level engagement.
This role goes far beyond logistics. You will lead the strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of high-impact events across the US, Europe, and emerging international markets including industry conferences, partner events, executive briefings, private dinners, webinars, and Constructor-hosted experiences.
You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales to ensure every event is aligned to GTM priorities, delivers a premium brand experience, captures compelling content, and generates qualified opportunities that move the business forward.
This is a high-visibility role that requires operational excellence, exceptional communication skills, creative judgment, and the ability to work independently and calmly under pressure.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy building exceptional experiences, and know how to convert events into measurable commercial impact, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Event Leadership
- Build and own the global events strategy, ensuring every event, from large trade shows to private executive dinners, maps directly to pipeline and revenue goals.
- Evaluate and prioritize Constructor’s event participation across US and EU markets based on commercial impact, brand positioning, and GTM needs.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to align event messaging, demos, and activation plans to buyer journeys in higher education and the wider education ecosystem.
Full Lifecycle Event Ownership
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of external-facing events, including concept, creative, logistics, staffing, budgets, run-of-show, and post-event analysis.
- Create detailed event proposals including timelines, KPIs, budgets, venue recommendations, staffing plans, and expected pipeline outcomes.
- Navigate complex multi-region execution and parallel event workflows with precision, documentation, and strong project management discipline.
Webinars & Virtual Event Management
- Own the full lifecycle of webinars: topic development, speaker sourcing, agenda creation, audience acquisition, moderation plans, and post-event follow-up.
- Ensure virtual events deliver high production value and support thought leadership, product education, and pipeline creation.
Content + Brand Experience
- Collaborate with the Creative and Brand teams to design booths, collateral, signage, and in-event experiences that reinforce Constructor’s premium positioning.
- Coordinate content capture at events (video, customer stories, interviews, product demos) to support marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.
Cross-Functional Alignment & Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to ensure high-quality lead capture, HubSpot workflows, and disciplined follow-up sequences.
- Adapt communication style across executive, product, design, and marketing stakeholders for smooth collaboration and zero surprises.
- Serve as the point of contact for speakers, VIP guests, partners, and sponsors—delivering a consistently exceptional experience.
Financial & Performance Accountability
- Manage event budgets with discipline—negotiate aggressively, control spend, and make data-driven investment decisions.
- Produce event performance reports within 48–72 hours, including KPIs, pipeline influence, SQL generation, learnings, and recommendations.
- Continuously test and optimize new event formats to enhance attendee engagement, brand visibility, and conversion outcomes.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain complete operational ownership: vendor management, A/V, booth shipping, travel coordination, merchandise production, catering, and run-of-show.
- Handle issues calmly, proactively, and independently—ensuring flawless execution even under pressure.
- Travel frequently across regions, including occasional weekends, to support key events.
Requirements
Professional Experience
- 8+ years of experience in planning and delivering professional events—preferably within tech, SaaS, edtech, or higher education.
- Proven success driving measurable pipeline, SQLs, or revenue from events (required).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex international events simultaneously with strong cultural awareness.
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional project management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with executives, sales leaders, product teams, and creative partners.
- Experience designing or coordinating high-quality brand experiences.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills (AV, logistics, venues, merch, agencies).
- Ability to evaluate event ROI and make data-driven go/no-go recommendations.
- Proficiency with modern digital and event tools: Zoom, HubSpot (preferred), Figma, PowerPoint, Canvas, project management systems.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a strong plus.

- Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and operationally disciplined.
- Creative thinker with strong aesthetic judgment.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisive recommendations.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
