Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in Computer Science/ Information Technology with 8 to 12 years of experience in SAP modules.
- Candidate having an end-to-end SAP implementation cycles experience of SAP modules- Production Planning (PP), Warehouse Management (WM), and Plant Maintenance (PM)—within industrial environments across India and globally.
- Candidate serves as the vital link between business objectives and technological execution, ensuring manufacturing and logistics operations achieve optimal efficiency and strategic growth.
Specific Requirements:
- Deep experience and proven implementation skills of SAP PP, WM, and PM modules in Pharma Industries.
- SAP PP, QM and PM S/4 HANA Certification.
- Their expertise supports strategic initiatives such as digital transformation, supply chain optimization, and predictive maintenance, contributing to overall business growth and competitiveness.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- End-to-End SAP Implementation:
- Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of SAP PP, WM, and PM module implementations, from initial requirement gathering to post-go-live support. This involves system configuration, integration with other SAP modules, data migration, and user training.
- Business Process Analysis:
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand their operational needs, translate these into technical requirements, and design solutions that drive process optimization and cost-effectiveness.
- System Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide ongoing technical support for SAP PP, WM, and PM modules, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity across manufacturing plants and warehouses.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and system upgrades, leveraging new SAP functionalities and best practices to support evolving business needs.
- Global Collaboration:
- Coordinate with international teams to standardize processes, share knowledge, and implement global SAP solutions tailored to diverse industrial sites.
