The Data & Analytics Function oversees the analytics life-cycle in order to identify, analyze and present relevant insights that drive business decisions and anticipate opportunities to achieve a competitive advantage. This function manages analytic data platforms, the access, design and implementation of reporting/business intelligence solutions, and the application of advanced quantitative modeling.
Data Analytics applies business process knowledge and data analytics to develop, recommend and communicate timely, accurate, relevant and actionable insights to support business decisions and objectives.

The People Analytics and Data Assurance (PAnDA) team at Cardinal Health serves as the data and analytics Center of Excellence (COE) for Human Resources enterprise-wide. It's our responsibility to understand and improve the employee experience at Cardinal Health. We work on all aspects of the employee life cycle, from hiring, to retention, to engagement, and beyond.
Job Summary
We are currently seeking a technical leader who can collaborate and execute on our vision to improve utilization and user experience in our Tableau landscape. A successful candidate will have experience in working with non-technical stakeholders to understand their needs, and building/maintaining high quality analytic products that can be understood by these stakeholders. Our data landscape includes tables that live in Google cloud, as well as a SQL server, and team members are required to understand both environments and be able to correctly aggregate and join data using SQL prior to ingestion to Tableau for visualization and storytelling.
