We are looking for a dynamic and highly driven HR Business Partner to support our Bangalore site and help build a world-class team. This role requires someone who takes complete ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to wear multiple hats to support the day-to-day site management and strategic HR initiatives. Someone who can take charge, not wait for instructions, who is hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable switching between strategic and operational work.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Business Partnership

Partner closely with business leaders to understand goals, workforce needs, and talent priorities.

Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making on org structure, talent planning, and capability building.

Act as a trusted advisor to managers on people decisions.
2. Talent Management

Drive hiring strategies in collaboration with TA to build a high-performing, world-class team.

Ensure strong onboarding experiences and early success for new hires.

Work with leaders on succession planning, high-potential development and future skill development.

Own employee engagement initiatives for the Bangalore site.

Work with managers to build a culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Lead pulse surveys, action planning, and follow-ups.

Support the performance management cycle, ensuring fairness, quality conversations, and development actions.

Work with managers to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans.

Support implementation of learning programs and IDPs.
5. HR Operations & Site Support

Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager queries.

Oversee site-level HR operations including onboarding, exits, compliance support, and HR policies.

Partner with cross-functional teams (Admin, IT, Finance) for smooth site functioning.

Work closely with the local HR to execute regional HR initiatives at the Bangalore site beyond HRBP responsibilities.

Step in for special projects involving culture, organizational development, analytics, and policy improvements.
Qualifications & Experience

10-15 years of HR experience, preferably in a tech, semiconductor, or high-growth environment.

Proven experience as an HRBP for min 10 years.

Strong understanding of HR processes, employment law, and talent practices.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Ability to operate with high ownership, agility, and problem-solving mindset.
